CS13
A modest effort to initiate and facilitate a broad creative dialogue, to encourage positive lifestyles, and to forge an engaged community. To this end, CS13 creates a publication and offers a space for the arts to interact by hosting poetry readings, art/visual culture shows, lectures, workshops, book discussions, concerts, theater and dance events. All are welcome to contribute.
The Marburg Hotel
The Marburg Hotel is a community recording studio and performance space in the Clifton neighborhood of Cincinnati. We, who live and work in the Marburg, strive to be a meaningful resource for the city’s creative community, empowering those who would not traditionally have access to arts production, promotion, and distribution*.* We offer space for free-range, grass-fed artistic expression, provide high-quality aural and visual documentation, and facilitate media circulation. a not-for-profit DIY music and art and education space. We are a loose collective of like minded individuals who book, promote and maintain this space in order to ensure that we have an alternative to the capitalist-model venues. We do not profit monetarily from this. We gain something more: fun, friendship, killer bands and awesomeness.

We book mostly metal but are open to other things. We take donations for touring bands and have places for tours to shower and sleep.
Legion of Doom
a punkhouse in the south campus area of columbus, ohio that has been hosting all types of DIY shows and activities on a regular basis since 1996 (with a legacy that dates back to the early 80s, where the house was also a crashpad and after-hours for touring punk bands such as the ramones, black flag, minutemen, and nick cave to name but a few). all shows are always all ages and no booze. 100% of donations collected will be split evenly among the touring bands. each show is a vegan potluck of sorts, with plenty of food for all, so show up early or miss out!! bands are usually welcome to stay the night.

We're an anarchist bookstore/community center/coffee shop/DIY venue. We do cheap events, so if you're expecting to get a lot of money, you might want to look else where. We can offer you a place to stay and we will feed you. We welcome all types of music as long as it doesn't go against our ethics and beliefs (check our Myspace).
